The mission of the Office of Civil Rights Compliance (OCRC) is to ensure equal access in all aspects of employment, education, and participation within the University.
OCRC works with academic affairs offices across the university to ensure that academic hiring practices conform with our federal and state obligations, to promote best practices, and to support an equitable work environment.
